This guide shows how to use Claude or Codex connected to Sanka to create a quote draft from deal context, review it, route approvals, and send it. Keep the first step as a draft so a person can review the customer-facing details before anything is sent.

1. Ask AI to draft the quote

2. Review items, quantities, and amount
After the AI prepares the draft, review the quote in Sanka.
Customer: Green Salon Group
Items: Professional Hair Dryer HD-200, Retail Hair Brush HB-40
Quantities: 12 units, 24 units
Amounts: Unit price, tax, and total
Terms: Delivery date, payment due date, and notes
If you are unsure about the amount or quantity, ask the AI to list the items that need review before creating the quote.
3. Check whether approval is needed
Higher-value quotes or discounted quotes may need approval.

4. Send the quote
If the quote details and approvals look correct, send the quote to the customer. Before sending, confirm recipient, amount, delivery timing, payment terms, and notes one more time.After the customer agrees, continue to Quote → order.
