Sanka’s fees are based on number of users on your account. Sanka charges according to the number of users on your account, ensuring that no unnecessary costs are incurred.

Each plan has a limit on the data usage. Please consider upgrading the plan to use more data.

What is a "Record"?

A "record" refers to the data or data capacity that can be stored in Sanka, such as item and customer data. For example, one item data entry is considered one record, and the fees for using Sanka are determined based on the total number of records.

Can I use Sanka for free?

Yes, you can use Sanka for free. The free plan, which is the Starter Plan, allows you to use the seats and data capacity up to a certain amount for free. If you need more storage, please upgrading to a paid plan.

Which pyment methods are available?

The Standard plan is supported by credit card payments, while the Enterprise plan supports invoices and bank transfers as well.

What is the contract period and cancellation fee?

Sanka is a monthly subscription. There is no cancellation fee, so you can cancel at any time. If you want to cancel, you need to complete the next billing date.
