How does Sanka's pricing work?

Sanka combines included capacity with per-user and usage-based expansion. Free covers a small setup, Basic charges $30 / ¥3,000 per paid user with free view-only access, and Pro starts at 5 paid users with additional paid seats at $60 / ¥6,000.

Each plan sets included capacity for users, records, and storage. If your operation grows past those limits, you can move up to the next plan instead of committing too early.

What is a "Record"?

A "record" is one stored business data unit in Sanka, such as an item, company, or order. Your plan determines how many of those records you can keep in the workspace.

What is a custom object?

Custom objects let you add your own data model on top of Sanka's standard objects. They are used for business-specific masters or ledgers that do not fit the default objects.

Creating custom objects is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

What is a premium object?

Premium objects are Sanka's advanced standard objects tied to deeper operations, such as inventory, billing, procurement, or finance workflows.

These objects are available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

What is a custom association?

Custom associations let you define your own relationship between objects, so records can be linked in a way that matches your business process.

Creating custom associations is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Can I use Sanka for free?

Yes. The Free plan lets you run Sanka with up to 250 records and a lightweight setup before moving into Basic or Pro.

Which payment methods are available?

Basic and Pro support credit card payments. Enterprise can also be arranged for invoice and bank transfer terms.

What is the contract period and cancellation fee?

Sanka is billed monthly and there is no cancellation fee. If you plan to cancel, complete the change before the next billing cycle begins.
