Purchase Order first, then Subscription. Waitlist members can pilot as custom installs before the public listings.

Do I need Sanka?

No — Cargo apps run standalone on your store. App Store installs bill through Shopify.

Is Japanese supported?

Fully — UI, documents, and support in Japanese from day one.

Can you migrate us off another subscription app?

Yes — contract migration is planned with the same validate-then-cutover discipline as our Ferry migration platform.
