How does Sanka's pricing work?
Sanka combines a plan fee, included members, and usage-based capacity for records, storage, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Each plan sets included capacity for records, storage, and key operational features. If your operation grows past those limits, you can move up to the next plan instead of committing too early.
How is Sanka different from chat tools and general AI agents?
Chat tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Chat, and Gemini are useful for asking questions and drafting text, but they usually stop at advice. Sanka actually executes operations, such as creating records, preparing quotes and invoices, updating data, routing approvals, and running workflows.
Compared with general AI agents such as Claude, Codex, and Copilot, Sanka includes dedicated workflows, UIs, data tables, permission controls, and integrations, so teams can get operational work done faster, more efficiently, and at lower cost.
What is Light, Standard, and Advanced Support?
Light Support includes 4 meetings over 8 weeks to learn the basic usage of Sanka.
Standard Support includes 8 meetings over 8 weeks to learn advanced usage of Sanka, including advanced automations.
Advanced Support includes customized support such as custom development, integrations, migrations, and setup. As a rough guide, it covers about 20 hours of work, around 5 hours per week.
What is a "Record"?
A "record" is one stored business data unit in Sanka, such as an item, company, or order. Your plan determines how many of those records you can keep in the workspace.
What is a custom object?
Custom objects let you add your own data model on top of Sanka's standard objects. They are used for business-specific masters or ledgers that do not fit the default objects.
Creating custom objects is available on Pro and Enterprise.
What is a custom association?
Custom associations let you define your own relationship between objects, so records can be linked in a way that matches your business process.
Creating custom associations is available on Pro and Enterprise.
Can I use Sanka for free?
Yes. The Free plan is for one person and supports up to 250 records before moving into Pro.
Which payment methods are available?
Pro supports credit card payments. Enterprise can also be arranged for invoice and bank transfer terms.
What is the contract period and cancellation fee?
Free and Pro are billed monthly. Enterprise contracts start from annual terms. There is no cancellation fee for monthly self-serve plans.
