Close Deals and Send Invoices in Less Than 60 Seconds
Here's how fast you can go from a new deal to a sent invoice in Sanka.
Step 1: Create a deal
Open the Deals object and create a new deal record. While creating the deal, you can add a new company inline β no need to set up contacts separately first.
Step 2: Track deal stages in Kanban
Switch your deal list to Kanban view. Drag cards across columns to move deals through your pipeline β from prospect to negotiation to closed.
Step 3: Close the deal β create an order and invoice with one action
When the deal is ready to close, use the record action to convert it into an order and send an invoice automatically. No copy-pasting, no switching tools.
