Revenue reporting
CRM and invoice actuals are reported separately
Unify deals, orders, invoices, and collections
Sanka reports the output of a CRM-native back-office workflow — pipeline, realized revenue, collections, margin, ARR, and inventory on the same axes.

Report orders, invoices, cash, inventory, cost, and margin on the same axis.
Move from report numbers back to transactions, invoices, payments, and inventory movements.
Update reports from operational records instead of rebuilding spreadsheets.
| Workflow | Without Sanka | With Sanka |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue reporting | CRM and invoice actuals are reported separately | Unify deals, orders, invoices, and collections |
| Margin reporting | Costs are added manually later | Pull cost, variable spend, and margin from operations |
| Inventory reporting | Inventory, orders, and shipments do not reconcile | Track movements, allocation, and shipments |
| Monthly reporting | Reports are copied and rebuilt every month | Generate from current operational records |

We want inventory, sales management, tax, and accounting to connect smoothly while keeping operating cost and time low.
At first, we managed everything in Excel. Human error was a constant problem, and our inventory value did not match at fiscal close.
By implementing Sanka, we expect to connect reel racks with shop-floor inventory data so we can calculate requirements based on accurate stock.
